The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "MAINTENANCE SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT WlNTRACK SOFTWARE." dated August 25, 2001, hereinafter referred to as "said <br />Agreement", for providing maintenance of certain software and hardware. <br />B. On August 25, 2002, Parties mended said Agreement to extend the Term of said Agreement <br />for one (1) year pursuant to the extension provision. <br /> <br />C. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the T~mi of said Agreement in order to provide <br />continuous uninterrupted service under said Agreement. ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br />hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as <br />hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2.0, of said Agreement, pertaining to Terms of said agreement is hereby amended to extend <br /> the Term of said Agreement until August 24, 2004. <br /> <br />2.
