CounciLmen present. <br />Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invoca%ion was <br />delivered by The Reverend Harris Mullen~ Associate Pastor of the Broadway <br />SeventhDay Adventist Church° <br /> <br />LYON & McFADDEN NoEo ANNEX Hearing Mas opened on proposed annexation <br /> of ab~t 37 acres a% Lyon and McFadden. <br /> The Clerk reported n~:ice of hearing <br />published twice each in a newspaper in the City and in the County and mailed <br />to property owners with affidavits en f~le~ an~ th~ no wrttCen protests had <br />been received.
