Following the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, the Invoca%ion was delivered by The Reverend Harris Mullen~ Associate Pastor of the Broadway SeventhDay Adventist Church° LYON & McFADDEN NoEo ANNEX Hearing Mas opened on proposed annexation of ab~t 37 acres a% Lyon and McFadden. The Clerk reported n~:ice of hearing published twice each in a newspaper in the City and in the County and mailed to property owners with affidavits en f~le~ an~ th~ no wrttCen protests had been received. There bedng no response to the Mayor~ call for testimony~ the hearing was closed.
