<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />to this Agreement, or if CONTRACTOR reports inaccurately or if any Audit Report makes <br />disalIowances, CONTRACTOR shalI promptly remedy its acts or omissions and/or repay CITY alI <br />arnounts due CITY as a result of CONTRACTOR's violation.
