The Manager called attention to the fact that the City _l~Archasing Agent will begin employ- ment with one of these firms very soon and he wanted no implication that the City is giving business to that firm because of this. It was the concensus of the Council that Boss Uniform and Towel Service would have to perform the services of the contract as bid though they might have to contact some other bidder to get proper uniforms.
