WAI~ ACCESS Alfred Bradley, 137~2 Dieppe Street, Garden Grove, Presented request of John C. Adams for access rights ~n the north side of Warner Avenue east of Susan (Parcel Map 51~). The Public Works Director explained that this land ~as originally subdivided in 1~62 and it was determined that for the best land use the access streets wo~ld he fro~ the interior of this particular area. He explained that l~r. Adams files a tentative Parcel Map im June, splitting the parcels in two, one of the~ on Warner Avenue~ Condition ~a specifie~ that the City has vehicular access rights along Warner Avenue, and no driveway would be permitted On Warner. Harbor, continue~ fro~ the July ~rd meeting, was discussed with ~lm [obayashi, repre- senting o~ner of the premises, and Willia~ Sandon, of the T-G-I-F Company. It was move~ by Counctllaa~ Brooks, seconded by Councilman Grlset, to uphold the previous Council actic~ and deny the request for withdrawal of protest to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
