EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Work <br />Annual Accomplishment Goal <br />I. Number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served with grant funds during the 12- <br />month contract period = 48 PERSONS <br />IL Description of Work - in space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12-month contract <br />period including, services to be provided, program goals, client characteristics, & how grant funds will be utilized. <br />WTLC will be providing shelter for at least 42 victims of domestic violence from the City of <br />Santa Ana. Services will include, but not be limited to: case management, counseling (individual <br />group, family, children's), educational classes (parenting, communication/anger management, <br />DV dynamics, ESL, menu, family planning, independent living skills, career, substance abuse), <br />personal groups (relaxation/yoga, make-over/facials), process groups (Broken Vows, Window <br />Between Worlds, Words of Wisdom), legal advocacy, a therapeutic children's program (gang <br />intervention, substance abuse, educational classes, counseling), referral and resource assistance, <br />24/7 crisis hotline, substance abuse treatment, and other services designed to empower and <br />improve independence as well as maintain safety.
