If the <br />complaint is still unresolved, an appeal may be made to the Chief of <br />State Workforce Investment Division Office. <br /> <br />The Department of Labor, the Civil Service Commission, the Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Commission, and many other offices and agencies <br />are committed to assuring equal employment opportunities for all persons. <br />They will protect you. <br /> <br />A case may be taken to court if the other processes do not yield satisfactory <br />results. <br /> <br />You may hire your own lawyer, or if you cannot afford one, the court may <br />appoint one for you. <br /> <br />5 <br />
