')~' ~"_:. <br />WORr~ M/J,Y ~~:LL PROCEED <br />CLEF:I( OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: 5$"- ~~-O3 <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 16th day of June, 2003, by and between the Orange County <br />Conservation Corps ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />. . <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A-2003-118 <br /> <br />RECIIALS <br /> <br />A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement dated June 3, 2002, hereinafter referred to as <br />"said Agreement", to provide career preparation and basic skills services for disadvantaged youth who are in-school. <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend the "City's Obligations" monetary amount found in Section 2 of said <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The "City's Obligation" section of said Agreement will be amended to read: <br /> <br />"...a sum not to exceed !l:171 1)17 00." <br /> <br />2.
