19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />Each must designate and name an altemate as a voting member if member cannot <br />attend. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDMENT PROCESS <br /> <br />This Agreement may be amended or modified by consent of all of the Governing <br />Authorities representing the Parties. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT DATE <br /> <br />This Agreement shall take effect as above dated. This Agreement may be <br />terminated by any Parties to the Agreement as listed on Exhibit "A" as to that <br />Party by serving written notice of termination on the County and after meeting its <br />financial obligations under this Agreement. After the expiration of sixty (60) days <br />from the giving of such notice, the Party so electing to withdraw shall cease to be <br />a Party to this Agreement. Such termination shall not relieve said Party or other <br />Party of any financial obligation assumed as part of this Agreement. The Party <br />terminating shall not be responsible for any financial obligations assumed by the <br />other Parties hereto subsequent to said termination. Similarly, it is understood <br />that County has ownership of the System Backbone and certain backbone sites, as <br />well as FCC licenses presently owned by the County, and upon any termination <br />by any Parties to the Agreement, any and all right, title and interest in the System <br />Backbone, those backbone sites and FCC licenses shall remain with the County.. <br />Should the County wish to withdraw, an orderly transition to remaining Parties <br />must be affected. <br /> <br />CONTRACT/JTAGREEDOC JM:skb 01/30/968:49AM Page l7 <br /> <br /> <br />
