The parties entered into Agreement N 2003 -073, dated July 25, 2003 (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided organizational consulting, and <br />management /supervisor /employee training to the Santa Ana Police Department. <br />B. The parties amended said Agreement, by Amendment #N2003- 073 -1, dated August <br />6, 2003 (hereinafter "Amendment'). Said Amendment expanded the Scope of <br />Services to add training seminars and increased the compensation. <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the Scope of Services to add another training seminar. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement and <br />Amendment, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement and <br />Amendment, except those amended in this Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, Scope of Services, shall be amended to include the October 22, 2003 <br />presentation of a seminar entitled "Team Building ", as set forth in Exhibit A -2, <br />attached hereto. <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, shall be amended to increase compensation under said <br />Agreement by $500.00, to a maximum amount not to exceed $3,700.00, during the <br />term of this Agreement. <br />3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />I/I <br />
