On December 3, 2001, the parties entered into a $235,000.00 agreement <br />wherein The Library Corporation agreed to provide a library automation system <br />for City. <br />B. The Parties now desire to amend the Agreement to include peripheral <br />hardware and five years of maintenance for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00, <br />increasing the total amount of the contract to $250,000.00. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement as hereby amended, the parties <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The compensation for the Agreement shall be increased by an additional <br />$15,000.00 to cover the cost of peripheral hardware and five yeazs of <br />maintenance. Section 11 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br />" Payment. Payments for Hazdwaze, Software, and all other goods and <br />services shall be made in accordance with the terms that are set forth in <br />Schedule G & Schedule H-1. Fees enumerated in Schedules B through F <br />aze summarized in Schedule G." <br />2. Schedule G Part 3 titled "Peripheral Hardware Support" to the Agreement <br />shall be replaced with Exhibit Schedule G Part 3-A attached to this <br />Amendment. <br />3. Schedule H titled "Hazdwaze Maintenance" to the Agreement shall be <br />replaced with Exhibit H-1 attached to this Amendment. <br />4. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
