RESOLUTION SAFA 93-002 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Chair of the Authority is hereby <br />authorized to execute and deliver the Bond Purchase Agreement <br />(the "Bond Purchase Agreement"), by and among the Authority, the <br />Agency and the underwriter named therein, in substantially the <br />form presented to this meeting and on file with the Secretary of <br />the Authority. <br /> <br /> Sect$on 3. The Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and <br />Secretary of the Authority are hereby authorized and directed, <br />jointly and severally, to do any and all things and to execute <br />and deliver any and all documents which they may deem necessary <br />or advisable in order to consummate the issuance, sale and <br />delivery of the Bonds as contemplated in the Bond Purchase <br />Agreement, and any such actions previously taken by the <br />aforementioned officers are hereby ratified, confirmed and <br />approved in all respects. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
