'RESOLUTION SAFA 93-003 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Executive Director of the Authority is <br />hereby authorized to execute and deliver the Bond Purchase <br />Agreement (the "Bond Purchase Agreement"), by and among the <br />Authority, the Agency and the underwriter named therein, in <br />substantially the form presented to this meeting and on file with <br />the Secretary of the Authority. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, the <br />Executive Director and Secretary of the Authority are hereby <br />authorized and directed, jointly and severally, to do any and all <br />things and to execute and deliver any and all documents which <br />they may deem necessary or advisable in order to consummate the <br />issuance, sale and delivery of the Bonds as contemplated in the <br />Bond Purchase Agreement, and anysuch actions previously taken by <br />the aforementioned officers are hereby ratified, confirmed and <br />approved in all respects. <br /> <br /> <br />
