<br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />60 CIVIC CENTER PlAZA SANTA ANA, CA 92701, Option 1 <br /> <br />Additionally, this agreement provides for the following and it will supercede associated <br />language within the agreement. <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL AND LABOR: <br />For products specified within this proposal, emergency service calIs are provided at no additional charge. <br /> <br />24-hourl7-day Service (Provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Including holidays). This provision includes labor, <br />travel, and mileage charges for repairs associated with nonnal equipment failures, Emergency service wilI be provided <br />within 24 hours of notification, This provision covers labor to troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, and the labor <br />to replace failed devices. <br /> <br />PARTS AND COMPONENT REPLACEMENT: <br /> <br />PANEL AND PEmPHERAL COMPONENT REPLACEMENT FOR <br />LISTED ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS: <br />AdditionalIy, these Special Provisions cover component replacement on the <br />central processing unit, to include reprogramming of system due to failure, <br />replacement of circuit boards, and alI components in the control panels, <br />annunciator panels, transponders, printers, keyboards monitors, and peripheral <br />devices (smoke detectors, pulI stations, audible! visible units, door contacts, <br />etc.) associated with system, Reptacement of faulty wiring Is not covered. <br />(See Terms and Conditions,) <br /> <br />BATTERY REPLACEMENT INCLUDED <br /> <br />Santa Ana Police Department, Santa Ana Municipal Jail, Santa Ana City HalI; DIVISION 17 Low Voltage Systems <br />AdditionalIy, this agreement provides for the fOlIowing and it will supercede associated langnage within the agreement. <br />EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL AND LABOR: For products specified within this provision, up to 4 (four) emergency <br />service calIs per year are provided at no additional charge. 24-hourl7-day Service (Provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, <br />including holidays), This provision includes labor, travel, and mileage charges for repairs associated with nonnal <br />equipment failures. Emergency service support will be provided within 24 hours of notification: Phone response to service <br />request shalI be within two hours. On-site response shalI be within six hours for critical system service. Nonnal service <br />response time shalI be within 24 hours, This provision covers labor to troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, and the <br />labor to replace failed devices. This provision provides up to eight hours of labor support per service calI, The City of Santa <br />Ana and the Santa Ana Police Department will provide a list of contacts authorized to request nonnal service andlor critical <br />service. <br />ALL LABOR SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: $75,00 per hour for off-site phone support $155,00 per hour for on-site <br />technical support. Overtime multiplier: 1.5 Sundays and Holidays: double time nationwide <br />Emergency calI response subject to a two (3) hour minimum charge Service Rates are charged Portal to Portal Service rates <br />valid for one year from the date of fulI execution of this agreement, at which time, if necessary they wilI be changed to <br />reflect current labor rates. <br />EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL AND EQUIPMENT: The City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Police Department shalI <br />maintain a stock of spare parts, Equipment for system repair(s) shalI be provided andlor purchased by the Detention <br />Facility.
