THIS ~NDMENT, made and entered into thistPday of~, 2001, by and between the <br />r ltV City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation du1y organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), and Tiberon ("Consu1tant"). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A-2001-261 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The City and the Consultant entered into that certain agreement dated August 28, 2000, hereinafter <br />referred to as "said Agreement", for computer software support services of City's dispatch, message switch and <br />corrections management systems and equipment <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend said Agreement by expanding the scope of work, as well as <br />amending the compensation. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the <br />parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The services to be undertaken by Consultant are expanded to include the services identified in Exhibit A <br />and B attached hereto and incorporated into said Agreement by this reference. <br /> <br />2. As full compensation for the Additional Services, City agrees to pay, and Consultant agrees to accept, <br />payment in an amount not to exceed Fifty One Three Hundred and Seventy Two Dollars ($51,372.00). <br /> <br />3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement, along with the changes <br />included in the Amendment thereto, remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to said Agreement <br />the date and year first above written. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />A 1RlCIA E.
