BUSINESS CALENDAR <br /> <br /> JOINT <br />CITY COUNCIL/COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />SESSION <br /> <br />FOURTH STREET LANDSCAPING BETWEEN BROADWAY AND MAIN <br />STREETS (PROJECT NO. 7134) AND APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />Motions: 1. <br /> <br />Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $155,000 from <br />the Downtown Santa Ana Business Association and appropriating <br />the same. <br /> <br />Award a contract to Damon Construction Company, the lowest <br />responsive bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the <br />estimated amount of $308,750 for the construction of Fourth <br />Street landscaping between Broadway and Main Streets. <br /> <br />3. Approve a funding analysis with a total estimated construction <br /> cost of $380,700. <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the City <br />Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute, a cooperative <br />agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency regarding the Fourth Street landscaping <br />project. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the <br />Executive Director and Secretary to execute, a cooperative <br />agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency regarding the Fourth Street landscaping <br />proJect. <br /> <br />CRA MINUTES 3 FEBRUARY 18, 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />
