VINE Program Proposal <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Project Management Process <br /> <br />Upon execution of the Appriss Service Agreement, Appriss and the customer agree to each <br />assign a single point of contact for the purposes of representing their interests and obligations. <br />Appriss will assign a project implementation team to assist in the development and <br />introduction of the VINE service. <br /> <br />5.1 <br /> <br />Appriss Implementation Team <br /> <br />The Appriss Implementation team will consist of the following members: <br /> <br />Account Manager: Acts as the primary account contact for any issues relating to the contract <br />or service proposal. <br /> <br />Project Manager: Coordinates and manages the overall implementation of the service and <br />communicates the project status to customer's Project Manager. The Appriss Project <br />Manager will coordinate an initial meeting with the customer's internal Project Manager. <br /> <br />The Appriss Project Manager will be the principle point of contact for customer and will be <br />responsible for managing the delivery, measurements and evaluation of all services provided <br />under this Agreement. The Appriss Project Manager will establish an Appriss Project Plan to <br />provide business, technical, and functional expertise as required. <br /> <br />Working with the customer's designated contacts, the Appriss Project Manager will plan and <br />manage project activities. Upon completion of the Production Implementation Phase, the <br />Appriss Project Manager will identify, assign, and transition support responsibilities to an <br />Appriss Operations Manager who will be responsible for the Steady State Operations Support <br />Phase of the contract. <br /> <br />The Appriss Project Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Customer relations with the agency, <br />Managing the Change Management and Issue Resolution Processes, <br />Planning and managing approved projects, program/project staff, and other Appriss <br />resources required, <br />Updating the Project Plan and approving all changes for Appriss, <br />Managing Appriss resources to meet agreed-upon project schedules, <br />Acting as the focal point for the joint communications process, <br />Reviewing and approving schedules, plans, and any requested changes or modifications <br />thereto, and <br />Representing or arranging representation by Appriss during meetings, reviews, issue <br />resolution, escalation, scope change approvals, and acceptance testing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All Information contained In this proposal (Ver. 6.3) is the <br />confidential and proprietary property of Apprlss, Inc. <br /> <br />Page 27 <br /> <br />01/01/2001 <br />Proposal # 100901228-01 <br />
