Auto means any land motor vehicle, trailer. or semitrailer that's designed for travel on public streets or roads. We'll consider any mllchinery or equipment that's permanently attached to an auto to be part of the auto. But we won't consider mobile equipment to be an auto. l.JJar:Jing or unloading means the handling of property; . while it's being moved from the place where it's accepted for transportation; . while it's being loaded. trllnsported. and unloaded; and . until it's moved to the place where it's finally delivered. Contract liability, We won't cover injury or damage for which the protected person has assumed liability under any contract or agreement.
