<br />advertising injury that results from the
<br />failure of your products, your work, or your
<br />completed work to conform with advertised
<br />quality or performance.

<br />We eJlplain the terms your products, your
<br />work, and your completed work in the
<br />Products and completed work total limit
<br />section,
<br />
<br />Product recall, We won't cover any loss,
<br />cost, or expense that is Incurred by you or
<br />others and results from any recall, removal,
<br />or withdrawal of:
<br />
<br />. impairad property;
<br />. your products; or
<br />. your completed work;
<br />from the market, or from use by any person
<br />or organization, for any reason,
<br />
<br />Nor will we cover any loss, cost, or
<br />expense that Is Incurred by you or others
<br />and results from the:
<br />
<br />. loss of use;
<br />. adjustment, Inspection, repair;
<br />. replacement; or
<br />. disposal;
<br />of such property, products, or completed
<br />work.

<br />We explain the terms:
<br />
<br />. impaired property in the Impaired property
<br />e¡cclusion; and
<br />
<br />. your products and your completed work in
<br />the Products and completed work total
<br />limit section,
<br />
<br />Unn8llled partnership, joint venture, or limited
<br />liability company, We won't cover injury or
<br />damage or medical expenses that result from
<br />the conduct of any current or past
<br />partnership, joint venture, or limited liability
<br />company that isn't shown in the Introduction
<br />as a named insured,
<br />
<br />But we won't apply this exclusion to the
<br />extent such organization otherwise qualifies
<br />as a protected person under the Who Is
<br />Protected Under This Agreement section,
<br />
<br />Watercraft. We won't cOVer bodily injury,
<br />property damage, or medical expenses that
<br />result from the:

<br />. ownership, maintenance, use, or operation;
<br />
<br />. loading or unloading;
<br />. entrustment to others: or
<br />. supervision of others in or for the
<br />maintenance, use, operation, loading or

<br />of any watercraft owned, operated, rented,
<br />leased, or borrowed by any protected
<br />person,
<br />
<br />But we won't apply this exclusion to the
<br />liability of another to pay damages for
<br />bodily injury or property damage If you
<br />have assumed such liability under a covered
<br />contract that:
<br />. is for the ownership, maintenance, or use
<br />of a watercraft; and
<br />. was made before the bodily injury or
<br />property damage happens.
<br />
<br />Nor will we apply this exclusion to premises
<br />damage.
<br />
<br />Also, we won't apply this exclusion to
<br />bodily injury, property damage, or medical
<br />expenses that result from:
<br />. watercraft while ashore on premises that
<br />you rent or lease from others, or OWn;
<br />. watercraft you don't own that is less than
<br />75 feet long and isn't being used to c~rry
<br />persons or property for a charge; or
<br />. the operation of specialized equipment,
<br />
<br />We explain the terms:
<br />. covered contract in the Contract liability
<br />exclusion;
<br />. entrustment to others, loading or
<br />unloading. and supervision of others, in
<br />the Auto exclusion;
<br />. premises damage in the Each event limit
<br />section; and
<br />. specialized equipment in the Mobila
<br />equipment exclusion,
<br />
<br />Workers compensation and ather benefits laws.
<br />We won't cover any obligation that the
<br />protected person has under any:
<br />. workers compensation law;
<br />. disability benefits law;
<br />
<br />. unemployment compensation law; or
<br />. similar law,
