Exhibit G Contractor agrees that in addition to those agreements and obligations specified in the contract boiler plate, program narrative and statement of work, they will also adhere to and obey the following provisions, assurances, and certifications. ARTICLES Contractor assures and certifies that they will comply with the regulations and policies promulgated in the '~Velfare to Work Grant" as defined in Title IV, Part A of the Social Security Act, 42.U.S.C. 601-619 including but not limited to those regulations set forth in 20 CFR Part 645. Contractor assures and certifies that it will not use any funds appropriated under this agreement for religious activity or anti-religious activity, or to promote or oppose any political candidate, parties, and/or beliefs. Contractor assures and certifies that it will not subcontract, assign, delegate, or in any way transfer any of its rights, responsibilities, or obligations or any part of the work and services called for in this agreement without the prior written approval of the Local Workforce Investment Board of the City of Santa Ana. (Contractors funded for on-the-job training activities will be excluded from this provision). Contractor assures and certifies that where applicable, classroom training instructors are properly credentialed, and training curriculums comply with State Educational Codes. Contractor assures and certifies that any requested modification to this agreement must be submitted in writing, explaining requested changes and rationale. Contractor further assures that no modification will be implemented without prior written approval from the Local Workforce Investment Board of the City of Santa Aha. Contractor assures and certifies that they are in good standing with the California Secretary of State Franchise Tax Board and Internal Revenue Service. Contractor agrees to cooperate with any monitoring, inspection, audit, or investigations of activities related to this agreement as may be scheduled and conducted by the Local Workfome Investment Board of the City of Santa Ana. Contractor agrees to acknowledge (give credit) the Local Workforce Investment Board of the City of Santa Ana, as the source of funds in all oral presentations, written document, publicity, and advertisements regarding any activities which ensue from this agreement. Contract assures and certifies that it will maintain and abide by the Santa Ana Local Workforce Investment Araa's Grievance Procedures in its entirety as included hera in Exhibit C. All contractor's publications and advertisements shall include the phrase "An Equal Employment and Training Opportunity Organization".
