LES ~2~03 <br /> <br />L. The Agency recognizes that it has received and heard all oral and written <br />objections to the proposed sale, and to other matters pertaining to this <br />transaction, and that any such oral and written objections are hereby overruled. <br /> <br />M. The proposed sale of the Property is exempt from further review and in <br />accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, categorical exemption <br />ER No. O3-171 will be filed for 322 E. Adams. <br /> <br />N. The Agency hereby finds and determines that the sale of the Property will <br />provide housing for very Iow-income persons. <br /> <br />O. The Agency hereby finds and determines that the information set forth herein <br />is true and correct. <br /> <br />P. The Agency hereby approves the sale of the Property. <br /> <br /> ~. The Agency finds and determines that the use of the Housing Funds <br />as authorized by this resolution will be of benefit to the Redevelopment Project Area. <br /> <br /> ~. The Affordable Housing Partnership Agreement is hereby approved, <br />and the Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, <br />with such non-substantive changes as may be approved by Agency's General Counsel. <br /> <br /> ~.
