Model 51 Service I~cing The following pdcing is based upon 35 hours per week or less usage. The focus of the service contract is to provide a regular schedule of preventive maintenance at a rate of 12 times per year. The contract covers all parts required dudng the contract year, plus labor for preventive maintenance, and labor for up to 5 demand calls, if required. Service pdcing is based on one shift, payable annually in advance. Prices are per machine. Model 51 Service PHcing Descriotion Price (ea.) Option Qty Extended Price Model 51 1,900.00 1 1,900.00 Total Per Machine 1,900.00 Service pdces quoted cover the first full year of maintenance service, and are based upon current rates and prepayment annually in advance. Upon renewal of the contract, the pdcing schedule then in effect will apply. Terms of payment are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Please note that the operation and servidng of 0PEX products are based upon proprietary components, processes, software, and technical support materials developed by OPEX Coq3oretion for its exclusive use; These items are covered by various petente and copyrights, and may not be cop'~l, reproduced or altered in any manner without prior written authorization and licensing from OPEX Coq~oretion. OPEX warrants that it owns the equipment and that it will transfer good title to the pumhaser. OPEX further warrants that it shall repair or replace defective parts, including labor, and shall perform preventive maintenance at no cost to the pumhaser for 90 days commencing from the date of delivery. OPEX further warrants that service will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, based upon commemially reasonable practices and standards. All service will be provided by OPEX's National Service Organization, which is a definite benefit of pumhasing OPEX equipment. 8
