2) <br /> <br />District Agreement No. 12-214 <br /> <br />CI~-and STATE concur that the proposal is a Category 3 as <br />de~ed in STATE's Project Development Procedures Manual. <br /> <br />3) CITY will submit drafts of environmental technical reports <br /> <br />and individual sections of the <br />documents, and project reports, to <br />developed, for review and comment. <br /> <br />projections to be used in the various <br />supplied by STATE if available, or by <br />traffic data shall be furnished by CITY. <br /> <br />draft environmenta~ <br />STATE, as they are <br />Traffic counts and <br />reports shall be <br />CITY.
