RECITALS <br /> <br />District A~,reement No. 12-214 A-1 <br /> <br />The parties hereto entered into an Agreement (District Agreement No. 12-214, <br />Document No. 13300) on November 6, 1995 said Agreement defining the terms <br />and conditions of a cooperative project to construct Alton Avenue Overcrossing at <br />SR-55, referred to herein as PROJECT. <br /> <br />It has been determined that PROJECT will not he constructed prior to the <br />termination date of said Agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE MUTUALLY AGREED: <br /> <br />The termination date specified in Section III, Article 13 of the original A4greement <br />shall now he December 31, 1998 instead of December 31, 1996. <br /> <br />The other terms and conditions of said Agreement (Document No. 13300) shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />This Amendment to Agreement is hereby deemed to he part of Document No. <br />13300. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
