Distric~[greement'No. 12-214 A-2 <br /> <br />12-ORA-55 PM 7.5 <br />At Alton Avenue Crossing <br />12209 - 005500 <br />District Agreement No. 12-214 A-2 <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. The parties hereto entered into an Agreement (District Agreement No. 12-214, Document <br /> No. 13300) on November 6, 1995 said Agreement defining the terms and conditions of a <br /> cooperative project to construct Alton Avenue Overcrossing at State Route 55, referred to <br /> herein as PROJECT. <br /> <br />The parties hereto also entered into an Amendment (District Agreement No. 12-214 A-l, <br />Document No. 13300) on December 6, 1996 to extend the termination date specified in the <br />original Agreement to December 31, 1998. <br /> <br />3. It has been determined that PROJECT will not be constructed prior to the termination date of <br /> said Agreement. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE MUTUALLY AGREED: <br /> <br />1. The termination date specified in Section I, Article 1 of the Amendment to Agreement shall <br /> now be December 31, 2000 instead of December 31, 1998. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
