ARTICLE XXVI <br /> <br />26.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br /> <br />26.1 <br /> <br />In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, <br />fire, flood, insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar circumstances, <br />provisions of this Agreement or the Personnel Rules or Resolutions of the City, <br />which restrict the City's ability to respond to these emergencies, shall be suspended <br />for the duration of such emergency. After the emergency is declared over, this <br />Agreement will be reinstated immediately. The Union shall have the right to meet <br />and confer with the City regarding the impact on employees of the suspension of the <br />provisions in the Agreement during the course of the emergency. <br /> <br />76 <br /> <br /> <br />
