Ci¥1C 0~£~ Council considered the agreement with <br /> Orange County amending Agreement dated <br /> January 18, 1966 to vest fee title to <br />90,000 square feet of property in the Civic Center in the name of the City <br />of santa Ann, to be used for purpose of transfer to the Federal government <br />for location of Federal building. Paul M. White, of the Civic Center C~iss'ion, <br />explained the history of the actions leading up to the agreement.
