His experience includes elec- <br />~cal power disa'ibution systems, cogeneration, lighting, <br />communications and control systems. He is experienced <br />in analyzing existing systems to develop a needs assessment <br />for upgrade and renovation of lighting systems. He has <br />worked on several airport projects and is familiar with <br />local agency design and construction guidelines. His <br />responsibilities include the preparation of Project Study <br />Reports, Project Reports, and final Plans, Specifications, <br />& Estimates (PS&E) packages for projects on the state <br />highway system and subject to review and approval by <br />Caltrans.
