ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE <br />LICENSE APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The following Alcoholic Beverage License <br />Applications were considered: <br /> <br />The Black Derby, 320 S. Main, New On Sale Beer; <br />E1 Toro, 220 E. 4th, On Sale Beer, Person Transfer; <br />Emily's, 417 N. Raitt, On Sale Beer, Person Transfer; <br />South Main Bottle Shop, 2034 S. Main, New Off Sale General; <br />Flamingo, 3622 W. 5th, New On Sale Beer; <br />Neely, 2132 S. Main, New On Sale Beer; <br />Mexican Gril% 1307 S. Main, New On Sale Beer; <br />The Cape, 2106 Tustin, New On Sale General; <br />Jerry's Bar-B-Q, 2120 W. l?th, New On Sale General; <br />M & M Liquor, Fairview & 8th, New On Sale General. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrin and <br />carried, that protests be filed on The Black Derby, 320 S. Main and on M & M <br />Liquor, Fairview and 8th, with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and the <br />other applications be ordered filed. <br /> <br />TRAFFIC Report of control devices removed or <br /> installed 10/3/68 through 10/23/68 was <br /> ordered filed, on motion of Councilman <br />Griset, seconded by Councilman Brooks and carried. <br /> <br />VARIANCE AND CONDITIONAL Decisions made by the Planning Commission <br />USE PERMIT or the Zoning Administrator, where no <br /> appeal has been filed, were affirmed, on <br />motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Herrin and carried, for <br />the following: <br /> <br />VA 68-t0~ FELKNER - permit property improvements related to <br />boarding and care of horses at 3122 W. Fifth in R 2 and C 2 Districts - <br />APPROVED; <br />VA 68-103, T. K.P. BUILDING CO. - utilize tandem parking for <br />proposed office complex at southwest corner of Main and 17th, <br />1624 N. Main, in the R 3 HB, C 1 and C 2 Districts - APPROVED. <br /> <br />NARCOTICS PROBLEM The City of Corona Resolution urging <br /> consideration of closing of United States - <br /> Mexican border to American minors <br />uniess accompanied by parent or responsible adult was ordered filed, on <br />motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Griset and carried. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />50 November 4, 1968 <br /> <br /> <br />
