The distinguishing features include decorative half-timbering, <br /> steeply pitched roofs, arched openings, and asymmetrical massing. <br /> <br />2. Additionally, the structure is eligible to be categorized as <br /> Contributive as it contributes to the overall character and history of <br /> Washington Square and is a good example of period architecture <br /> as a highly intact example of a one-story Tudor Revival home from <br /> the 1920-1931 period. <br /> <br />3.
