The Council reconVened <br />at 9:30 P.M. with all Council members present. <br /> <br />REFUSE COLLECTION CONTRACT Council considered the City Manager's report <br /> regarding the request of Great Western <br /> Reclamation Co. for extension of existing <br />contract, referred to staff on March 3.
