Rarick <br /> for Pacific Telephone Company, motor <br />~ehicle braking test, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. , April 14 and 15· west side of <br />G~rnsey Street from a point which is north of Central and 800 feet north of <br />the end of the road traveling south, was continued to the Council meeting of <br />April 21, on motion (f Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Herrin <br />~ carried. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PROPERTY USE The Application for Special License to <br />ROBLES AND VALEN~,UELA Use Public Property by Diane Robles <br /> and Helen Valenzuela, preaching the <br />gospel, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p. m. · Fourth and French Streets, was granted for <br />a period of three months, on motion of Councilman Brooks, secondedby <br />Councilman Griset and carried. <br /> <br />SALE OF V~ATER SERVICES Sale of the four water services and the <br /> 2-inch water main north of the Garden <br /> Grove Freeway on Cambridge to the <br />City of Orange m the amount of $855.52 was authorized, on motion of Council- <br />man Griset, seconded by Councilman Brooks and carried. <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br /> seconded by Councilman Griset and <br /> carried, reimbursement was authorized <br />to Southern California Edison Co. in the amount of $1,668.24 for their cost in <br />constructing an oversize sewer in Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />TAXICABS On motion of Councilman Grise~, <br /> seconded by Councilman Herrin and <br /> carried, Council set for public hearing <br />on May 5· 1969, at 7:30 P.
