Klatt, to amend Sectional <br /> District Map 5-5-9 by rezoning property <br />on*he west side of Tustin Avenue between Fairhaven and Santa Clara Avenues <br />from the A 1 District to the R 4 District. Leroy Rhodes, attorney representing <br />applicant, was present and stated applicant would comply with the Variance <br />requirements. P.S.A. #22 Grand Avenue between Chestnut Avenue <br /> and First Street, S.P.S.A. #22. There <br />being no response to the call for testimony, the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by Councilman Brooks, Council <br />approved the recommendation of the Planning Commission and instructed <br />the City Attorney to prepare a resolution designating alignment of Grand <br />Avenue between Chestnut Avenue and First Street as shown in S. P.
