Signal Facilities Construction and Operation, <br />MacArthur Blvd., City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />Leoal Description <br />A 17.50-foot long strip of land 57.00 feet in width in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, lying 52.00 feet northerly and 5.00 feet southerly <br />of the easterly prolongation of that certain course having a bearing and length of <br />N 88° 39' 10" E, 459.52 feet in the centerline of Talbert Avenue (now known as <br />MacArthur Boulevard), as shown on a map filed in Book 40, page 49 of Record of <br />Surveys, in the office of said County Recorder. Said 57.00-foot wide strip is <br />bounded on the West by the easterly boundary of that certain 50. DO-foot wide <br />strip of land described in the deed of easement to the Pacific Electric Railway <br />Company, recorded on July 28, 1958, in Book 4364, page 69 of Official Records, <br />in the office of the County Recorder of said county. Said 57 .
