<br />Spec #03- 027 <br /> <br />EXHIBITC <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />Janitorial Company <br />Address <br />City, State Zip <br /> <br />Regarding: AGREEMENT DISCREPANCY LETTER <br /> <br />Dear Agreement Administrator: <br /> <br />The contractual agreement your company has with the City of Santa Ana (#03-027), specifies <br />your on-site Supervisor has seven (7) calendar days to correct any documented areas that do not <br />meet the specified cleaning standards listed in the contract. <br /> <br />On date, the attached facility inspection was performed and listed cleaning <br />defficiencies were noted. A copy of this listing was given to your on-site Supervisor, who has <br />had seven (7) calendar days to correct the documented defficiencies and meet the contractual <br />performance standards. <br /> <br />This Agreement Discrepancy letter is notify you that continued deviation from performance <br />standards has occurred.
