<br />"' <br /> <br />N-2003-136 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />C P/-i5 THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 2fi!!:day of November 2003, by and between <br />lid, ~) Basilio Associates Inc. ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />\!:" duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), <br />collectively referred to herein as "the Parties". <br /> <br />RECIIALS <br /> <br />A. The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "Consultant Agreement" dated September 13, <br />2001, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for providing general "on-call" architectural services. <br /> <br />B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Term and Exhibit A of said Agreement in order to in order <br />to provide continuous uninterrupted service under the Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, <br />the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 1, of said Agreement, pertaining to Scope of Services is hereby amended to include Basilo <br />Associates schedule of charges as set forth in the November 6, 2003 (attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />and incorporated herein by reference). <br />2. Section 3 of said Agreement, pertaining to Term is hereby amended to extend the term of said <br />Agreement for one year. <br />3.
