CENSUS QUESTIONNAIRE Council considered the City of Signal
<br />SIGNAL HILL RESOLUTION Hill Resolution supporting enactment of
<br /> legislation to allow 1970 Census Question-
<br />naire replies to be on a voluntary basis, referred to Staff on July 7, for more
<br />information regarding the ~uestionnaire.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Thurman and
<br />unanimously carried, the City Attorney'was directed to prepare a resolution
<br />similar to the resolution adopted bythe City of Signal Hill, supporting en-
<br />actment of legislation to allow 1970 Census Questionnaire replies to be on
<br />a voluntary basis.

<br />FINAL MAP, TRACT 7002 Final Tract Map 7002, filed by Santiago
<br /> Development Company, creating 54 lots
<br /> at MacArthur Boulevard and Birch Street
<br />was approved, dedications thereon accepted, and execution of subdivision
<br />agreement authorized, on motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Council-
<br />man Villa and unanim0usly carried.
<br />
<br /> FINAL MAP, TRACT 6892 Final Tract Map 6892, filed by Greer
<br /> and Wood Enterprises, creating 43 lots
<br /> at West Orange Road and Flower Street
<br />was approved, dedications thereon accepted, and execution of subdivision
<br />agreement authorized, on motion of Councilman Herrin, secondekt by
<br />Councilman Markel and unanirnously carried.

<br />SURPLUS BUILDINGS After considering Surplus Property
<br /> Report 23-69, regarding commercial
<br /> shop building, Shed 1 and Shed 2, at
<br />1425 West 1st Street, Council declared the building surplus and authorized
<br />sale within 60 days or demolition, on motion of Councilman Thurman,
<br />seconded by Councilman Villa, on the following roll call vote:
