PETITION - HILLVIEW Council considered the petition, con- <br />REGENCY APARTMENTS taining approximately 134 signatures, <br /> filed by Hillview Regency Apartment <br />Condominiums. Amendment Number 2 to Declaration of Covenants, Con- <br />ditions and Restrictions and Power of Attorney of the HiLlvlew Regency <br />Apartments, 1919- 1921 North Sherry Lane, which would allow adult occu- <br />pants and children age 15 or over, except that children under that age will <br />be allowed to visit for a maximum period of 14 days, in Unit dwellings <br />Number 1 to Number 120, inclusive, was approved, on motion of Council- <br />man, Patterson, seconded by Councilman Brooks and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />PROBATE SALE On motion of Councilman Brooks, <br /> seconded by Councilman Villa, Staff <br /> was authorized to bid tor purchase of <br />a lot located at 1905 West First Street (Project 1276, First Street from <br />Townsend to Bush); bid not to exceed $11,500, on the following roll call <br />vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Brooks, Patterson, Villa, Griset <br />Markel <br />Herrin <br /> <br />TV STATION Councilman Villa remarked.that he had <br /> attended a luncheon given by Golden <br /> Orange Broadcasting Company, inviting <br />people to voice their opinion as to the need for a TV station in Orange <br />County. He said they have not yet filed for a license and would like opinions <br />from various Orange County leaders. <br /> <br />HUNIAN RELATIONS Councilman Patterson announced that <br />FORIVLATION COId-2vIITTEE the next meeting of the H~a~n.
