VA 69-57 It was moved by Councilman Herrin, <br /> seconded by Councilman Brooks and <br /> unanimously carried, to adopt the <br />findings of fact, conclusion and decision of the Planning Commission or <br />Zoning Administrator as an action of the City Council on Variance <br />Application 69-57, Community Psychiatric Centers, to construct a <br />50-bed psychiatric sanatorium at 2212 East Fourth Street, in the A 1 <br />District - APPROVED. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT There being no further business <br /> to come before the City Council, <br /> the meeting was adjourned at <br />10:06 P.
