in a $250 stipend. 20 youth who successfully complete Office Smart will also <br />receive $250 stipend award. In addition, the program will provide 20 youth with <br />paid summer employment opportunities at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana. <br />After youth have participated in the Career Prep program, they will have the <br />knowledge and the tools to be successful in an entry-level position. The Career <br />Prep program will educate WIA participants on the importance of setting short <br />term and long -term educational and occupational goals. <br />Follow -up <br />At the completion of program services, all 120 youth will fill out a customer <br />satisfactory survey that will be provided to the Santa Ana W /O /R/K Center. The <br />survey will give appropriate feedback on how program services have positively <br />affected the participant or how services may need to improve. <br />Staff Plan <br />Staff needs for the program include (2) .9 FTE Program Managers to provide the <br />Job ReadylCareer Launch and Career Explorers Club program elements. <br />These staff will also oversee the summer employment and unpaid work <br />experiences components. In addition, a .5 FTE will coordinate the program's <br />outreach efforts. A .25 FTE will facilitate elements of the Office Smart program <br />component and will assist with the Career Launch component. 1 FTE (for 14 <br />weeks) will coordinate the efforts of the summer employment component. In <br />addition, a part-time van driver will coordinate the transportation needs of <br />participants. The Assistant Executive Director at .3 FTE will oversee and <br />7I <br />
