11 Provider agrees to cooperate with any monitoring, inspection, audit, or <br />investigations of activities related to this agreement as may be <br />scheduled and/or conducted by the Santa Ana WIB/Youth Council. <br />12) Provider assures and certifies that where applicable, classroom <br />instructors are properly credentialed, and training curriculums comply <br />with State Education Codes. <br />13) Provider agrees to acknowledge (given credit) the Santa Ana WIB Youth <br />Council as the source of funds in all oral presentations, written <br />document, publicity, and advertisements regarding any activities that <br />ensue from this agreement. <br />
