The vendor has performed satisfactorily <br />during the past contract period, and staff recommends the second renewal of <br />the contract. No rate increase is proposed. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds for the first six months of the contract term are available in the <br />fiscal year 2003-04 Park Services, Library, and Community Development <br />contractual accounts (account nos. 108-250-6291, 11-214-6291, and 67-615- <br />6291).
