The projects included refurbishment of the City Hall elevators, the <br />replacement of the north windows at the Main Library, as well as the <br />replacement of various obsolete air conditioning systems. During the <br />implementation of the projects, additional work was identified, which <br />included: the patching and painting of exterior window frames at the <br />Library, the installation of thermostat wiring in the Council Chambers, <br />and the directory signage in four elevators. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Building Maintenance and Library Other Contract <br />Services accounts (object code 6291). <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />~na~!~ l!~mr~ C.: ~err. i c e s Agenc. <br /> RC/MG/A- 2 0 0 3 - 0 0 2--Amend.
