INSURANCE LKPIRE$ <br /> <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A-2003-211 <br /> <br />DATE.~ I,~-dc ~3 <br /> THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into, by and between Taller San Jose ("Contractor") and the City of <br /> Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of <br /> ,the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br /> RECIIALS <br /> <br /> A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement dated June 3, 2002, hereinafter referred to as <br />"said Agreement", to provide career preparation and basic skills services for disadvantaged youth who are out of <br />school. <br /> <br /> B. The parties hereto now desire to amend the "Time Period of Agreement" term found in Section 3 of said <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The "Time Period of Agreement" section of said Agreement will be amended to read: <br /> <br />"...shall be performed by September 20 2002" <br /> <br /> 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement as evidenced <br /> <br />hereinbelow. <br />ATTEST: / <br /> <br />Patricia E.
