This is accomplished through on -site building projects,
classroom work, life skills training, and employability development.
The training model focuses on three key areas: Hard Skills Development — work
experience, Employability Development —job preparation, and Life Skills Development
— on -going personal development. Over the course of the training period, student
apprentices complete the following curriculum:
Job - training at TSJ Tech takes place over a 12 to 14 week period.
