How to File Your Complaint <br />Put your complaint in writing. <br />Have it sworn to before a notary public, if possible. <br />C. These complaints must be filed directly with <br />the WIA administrative entity. The WIA administrative entity shall issue <br />a written decision within 30 days of the filing of the complaint. If the <br />complaint is still unresolved, an appeal may be made to the Chief of <br />State Workforce Investment Division Office. <br />The Department of Labor, the Civil Service Commission, the Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Commission, and many other offices and agencies <br />are committed to assuring equal employment opportunities for all persons. <br />They will protect you. <br />A case may be taken to court if the other processes do not yield satisfactory <br />results. <br />You may hire your own lawyer, or if you cannot afford one, the court may <br />appoint one for you. <br />
