The printers vary in type <br />from individual desktop to network; InkJet to LaserJet; and black and <br />white to color. A contract for on-call and preventive maintenance, <br />including replacement parts is essential for maximum efficiency. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on December 11-12, 2003, and <br />bids were solicited. A summary of the bids received is as follows: <br /> <br />16 Invitations For Bid mailed <br /> 5 Invitations For Bid mailed to Santa Ana vendors <br /> 3 Bids received <br /> 1 Bid received from a Santa Ana vendor <br /> <br />Bids were received and opened on December 29, 2003 (Exhibit 1). The <br />bids received from the recommended vendors are responsive to the <br />specifications and meet the City's requirements.
