The Poly Vinyl Chloride water line will replace an existing
six-inch cast iron water line along Pine Street, east of Raitt Street and
west of Flower Street that was built in the 1920's.

During construction, the actual quantity of an 8-inch pipe was found to
be more than the estimated quantity for the project.
