The <br />published Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) for the project site <br />are included on Community Panel No. 06059C0029F. The project <br />site located entirely in Zone X, which is defined as areas <br />beyond the limits of the 100-year flood and 500-year flood. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not significantly <br />increase the potential for flood risks. <br /> <br />IX. LAND USE/PLANNING <br /> <br />A. Physically divide an established con~nunity? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would be situated near a proposed Catholic <br />Cathedral facility and could provide recreational facilities and <br />activities for nearby residential areas. <br /> <br />Conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or <br />regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the project <br />adopted for the purpose of avoiding or mitigating an <br />environmental effect? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan and <br />conditionally permitted under the SD-4 Zoning Document. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not be in conflict <br />with any planning programs or. policies in the City. <br /> <br />Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or <br />natural community plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan, the project site is not <br />included within any habitat conservation plan or any natural <br />community conservation plan.
