Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would result in <br />cumulative impacts to the environment. However, the proposed <br />project's incremental contribution would not be considered <br />cumulatively considerable because the proposed project would <br />comply with the applicable requirements of the uniform building <br />code, conditions of approval and mitigation measures, which <br />provide specific requirements that would avoid any significant <br />cumulative impacts within the project area.
